How many players may play at one time? Lazer Xpress' Field can safely accommodate 12-14 players per game.

How long does one game take? Games take anywhere from 6 to 8 minutes.

How old should players be? Our games are best for players 7 and up.

How many player should I have at my event? For birthday parties, it is best to have no more than 24 players at your event.

What happens if it rains? Our system can still operate in a light to moderate rain. It is merely a matter of if the players are permitted to play in the rain.

What if I need to cancel? If a cancellation needs to be made we ask for a cancellation call to be made no later than 24 hours prior to the event. If an event is canceled during hour of conduction, then the price is prorated.

What do I need to set up an event at a park? We recommend to contact the park and recreation department of your city to find out which parks permit inflatables to be set up. If the city needs proof of insurance we can provide that at no additional cost.

What areas does Lazer Xpress serve? We serves a vast area which includes Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, and Ventura.  

What kind of surfaces can Lazer Xpress set up on? Grass is the preferred, we can also set up on concrete. 

How big of an area do I need for the playing field? We recommend a minimum area of 50'(L) by 30'(W).

Can I book additional hours the day of the event? Additional hours may be booked the day of the event if schedule permits. It is best to book additional before the event. Only one hour may be added the day of the event.
